Whatever type of family you decide to roleplay [with a official faction or without], you must begin with a idea and stick with it. For example; A mexican group of friends.
They begin roleplay in a area of Los Santos that would best represent them and their habitat. They roleplay at their Headquarters. Doing anything, roleplay getting drunk, playing games, little roleplay missions, Such as.
- Send a fellow member on a roleplay mission to jack a certain vehicle and bring it back.

- Sell drugs on corners. After members complete such missions, reward them with trust, money and friendship. a good leader knows how to treat his men.
After you decide where you will create your roleplay enviorment, begin looking for more people who share the same interest's and ideals as you to help expanp your small idea into a larger thing. Once you begin to establish yourself in size and knowledge. Look for group roleplay sessions with other large amounts of roleplay groups. It might sound ridiculous, but it is easier then you think.
Always roleplay at your headquarters, don't just drive around town all day, mat run, hang out at the gym, ect. Create a better roleplay experience for everyone by staying to you're personal location, to make things more interesting and fresh. Just a tip
